Exhibit: ‘Walter Anderson and World Literature’. Special Collections/Archives, JD Williams Library.

8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Exhibit: ‘Still Got the Blues: A Silver Anniversary Exhibition’. Faulkner Room, JD Williams Library.

5 – 8 p.m.
Dinner available in McCormick Café in The Inn at Ole Miss.

5:30  6:30 p.m.
Quarterback Club Meeting: Speakers include Coach Houston Nutt, NFL official Steve Freeman and SEC official Brad Freeman. Members only. Annual memberships available at the door: $40/family, $20/seniors, $15/student. The Library Sports Bar.

6 p.m.
Thacker Mountain Radio Show: William Ferris reads from and signs Give My Poor Heart Ease: Voices of the Mississippi Blues; musical guests include Jimbo Mathus and Bill Ellison & Temperance. Off Square Books.

 8 p.m.
Rebtalk with Coach Houston Nutt: Admission is free; catering by Taylor Grocery, all-you-can-eat buffet for $10. The Lyric Oxford.

7 p.m.
Grisham Visiting Writer Series: David St. John. Overby Center Auditorium.

7 p.m.
Women’s Basketball: Ole Miss vs. Christian Brothers. C.M. Tad Smith Coliseum.

7:30 p.m.
Lecture: ‘Elgin and the Parthenon Marbles--Two Hundred Years of Controversy. Meeting Room, University Museum.

8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Exhibit: ‘Still Got the Blues: A Silver Anniversary Exhibition’. Faulkner Room, JD Williams Library.

Football Friday Series: Singer/Songwriter Aaron Hall. The Inn at Ole Miss, free and open to the public.

5 – 8 p.m.
Dinner available in McCormick Café in The Inn at Ole Miss.

6 p.m.
Men’s Basketball: Ole Miss vs. Auburn Montgomery (Exh). C.M. Tad Smith Coliseum.

6 p.m.
The Grove opens to tailgaters.

7 p.m.
Volleyball: Ole Miss vs. LSU. Gillom Sports Center.

Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009
7 – 10 a.m.
Breakfast available in ballrooms C and D in The Inn at Ole Miss ($9.95 adults, $6.95 children ages 6-12, children 5 and under eat free).

10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Exhibit: ‘Walter Anderson and World Literature’. Special Collections/Archives, JD Williams Library.

12:30 – 3:30 p.m.
Lunch available in McCormick Café in The Inn at Ole Miss ($7.95)

2 – 5 p.m.
Alumni Association ‘Members Only’ hospitality room open. Alumni Association members are invited to enjoy refreshments, football and fellowship. Guests are $10/person. Due to the remodeling of the Triplett Alumni Center, the hospitality room for the 2009 football season will be held in the E.F. Yerby Conference Center Auditorium next door to the Alumni Center. Free to active members and to children high school age and younger if accompanied by an adult. Face tattoos are available for children. Please bring your membership card for quicker access. Check your membership status here.

4:10 p.m. (time tentative)
Walk of Champions, the Grove.

4:30– 6:30 p.m.
Ole Miss journalism alumni are invited to enjoy "homecoming" prior to each game by visiting the Meek School of Journalism and New Media tent. Visit with friends, alumni, faculty, staff and students. Front lawn of Farley Hall.

6:30 p.m.
Football: Ole Miss vs. Northern Arizona, Vaught-Hemingway Stadium.


Sunday, Nov. 8, 2009
9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Brunch available in the ballroom in The Inn at Ole Miss ($15.95 adults, $9.95 children ages 6-12, children 5 and under eat free).

1 p.m.- 2 a.m.
Exhibit: ‘Walter Anderson and World Literature’. Special Collections/Archives, JD Williams Library.

2 p.m.
Phi Kappa Phi Initiation. Gertrude C. Ford Center.
