Tim Walsh
Executive Director
Tim Walsh was named executive director of Alumni Affairs at the University of Mississippi in September 2008. A search committee selected by UM Chancellor Robert Khayat chose Walsh, who had served as interim executive director since July 2008 following Warner Alford’s retirement from the position. A member of the Alumni Affairs staff since 1990, Walsh was previously senior associate director and also associate dean for development for the School of Law.
Prior to being named senior associate director, he served as associate director of Alumni Affairs and major gifts officer for the School of Law. Tim also serves as campaign coordinator for the ongoing $20 Million expansion project at The Inn at Ole Miss.
The Memphis, Tenn., native holds two degrees from Ole Miss, a bachelor's degree in public administration (1983) and a master's degree in education (1991).
